Support is a disaster, the battery won’t charge. Ive performed the recommended troubleshooting. Phone to support hangs up on you, email and forms go into black hole. Yes I checked smap and junk. I really struggled with the decision between battle born and renogy. I bought thr dcdc charger, monitor, solar panels…I’ve made a huge mistake buying renogy battery. I came here to return thr battery but the return window is closed. Do not buy Renogy you will be greatly disappointed. The monitor was missing cable, the z braces were missing parts. I overlooked all that. But the failed battery where now I have a $900 paper weight is too much. If I could express deeper disappointment I would. I saved money and made this purchase. I hope I save other people the trouble and money. Update 1: Got through yesterday and today FedEx picked up battery. So that was impressive. I will update this review as the process unfolds. They have lost the package and each update takes days. Its now been a week and no forward progress. Update Nov 2020 they sent me a new replacement battery. So in the end they made it right. So here is the net net, if you get the support attention and keep it they will service you. But its a devastating PIA. Not worth my time. So I still would go elsewhere for my next project. I’m already invested in this line so. I have to stick with it. The new battery is working well.
