Arcadia Cold Storage is a new facility with tons of parking, friendly staff and a clean bathroom.
Just check in, they'll assign you a dock, take off your lock and back in, they'll open your doors.
My appointment was at 7am, I checked in a little after 6 and was done with paperwork in hand at 07:00.
I wish more places were like this.
